Yesterday was a “Cheat” Day & I consumed plenty of calories. It was hard to remember everything, but was a Christmas Celebration with my wife’s family.
I am back in the groove today, so let’s see if we can get set for more maintenance levels.
Attended a HIIT PROGRAM today & it definitely burned plenty of “Fuel.”

3 Rounds: I go/you go .• 5x MB Slams, 10x each RB side Pulls • 20x Bench Jumps, 20x Shoulder Taps • 120m Sprints •’10 cal Assault Bike, 25m KB carry
Conditioning: 2x • 200 m Row • 9x Burpees • :30 side planks • 12x Low Birddog
