Ah, bliss. Danced last night in the continuing heat wave and hit my 10,000 steps no problem. Down and within 2 pounds of the mini goal of being in the 150's. Texted Mr. Farmer after the dance and inquired about if he was having a good trip. He answered and sent me 10 pictures of a sunset including a rainbow! Another week before he comes back. My gym buddy comes back tomorrow so I'll be back in the gym soon. Happy Tuesday!
