回顧過去記錄,protein 佔比從25%>21%,carb
45%>48%.接下來要試著調整回來。
Looking back for the recorded nutrition profile, the protein intake decreased from 25% to 21% ,while the carb intake rised from 45%to48% . It is the issue I will work out later on.
171.5 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
