I stayed the same despite a rough diet week. Yay!! Cant wait to see what happens with a good diet week!

1st day full time journaling again. I went over by 300 cal but its much better than I have been doing. I didnt eat anything super unhealthy and it was a good get back in the groove day

Forgot how hard day 1 is. I'm currently hiding from the cookies. I know why Im doing this and I worked too hard to set myself back again. Thisll be fun. just gotta retrain

I took a break from logging. I thought I could lose without logging, and I was right. It worked. I was losing, slowly but still losing. And then college plans started becoming more and more unstable. And the cookie jar became more and more tempting. I probably ate 10 cookies yesterday. I know I am stretching my stomach back out. I know my hunger is increasing. I know I am making a multitude of bad choices throughout the day. I am becoming more hormonal and irritable, and I am becoming tired quicker and more achy. Essentially, what I am doing is not working. So here I am again. Back to step one. Starting over.
