Chuffed that I'm finally under 67kg again, but know that it can jump up again any time so just enjoying it since yesterday. Managed my 4 hours of exercise this week so that concludes my record of 16 hours of exercise for the third November in a row. Pity I can't keep it up for the rest of the calendar months...
