I couldn't help but weigh myself today. I usually wait a week but curiosity got the better of me. It's only been two days... but I ain't mad at that -0.1lbs :)))) hahaha... it's something!
311.6 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 81.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
