well, in addition to needing the next dose up for Vyvanse, a stimulant for binge eating disorder and ADHD, KennyN27 had a post about planning meals, and im going to start doing this. Plan tomorrow and have macros/calories laid out, INSTEAD of eating and tracking as i go and being overwhelmed by exceeding my goals or not knowing what to eat and consuming the closest and easiest thing... I hope this helps. I noticed as my meds werent working the more preoccupied with food i was becoming....
