sunday to Saturday i weigh the same. ⚖️ i had more of a 14/10 fasting pattern since we had a full week of 🏫 school/work so getting back in that groove; physically and mentally!! 18 toddlers in one space is no joke.. 😮💨😵💫 i am like a referree of who took who's toy/who gets a turn next! kinda pushing for that 16/8 fasting cuz i eat less then 1800cal. I noticed i lose weight more consistently with 1600cal or lower and 16/8 fasting. 🥗 🍖 Fridays are my workout 💪 day past 2 weeks.. still doing physical therapy exercises, but really itching to do more. Coulda swore i saw my weight set shed a tear.... 😂 im terrified to get those muscle spasms again though. 🔥 goal is to begin light weights February or March.
