I watched some Keto and related videos and got re-inspired to be disciplined. I started drinking apple cider vinegar water in the mornings. This has helped me with morning fasting. Yesterday I added some glucommanon powder which is fiber, and I didn't eat until 2PM. I'll do that again today.
