I know I shouldn’t check my weight after one day but sh**... I went to bed so hungry last night and fought some major urges to stress eat, so I needed a little nudge in the right direction. =]
331.0 lb Lost so far: 2.1 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
