Shark3000 always prepping for my next race lol. My first one is in 67 days. No ultra this year I may to see if I can make it through all my training and races without knee problems before i commit to the ultra 50k is a long way to hobble across the finish line.

Hahaha it's true all the training helps prepare for the races. I understand, I'm sure everything will turn out well my friend, and you will be able to face all the races you propose :)
