Good day. AM walk and an afternoon of yard cleaning and painting three sides of the earthquake storage/potting house.
Below, the Adachi Garden and Museum near Matsue , Japan. Definitely worth the 2 day trip outside of Osaka
166.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It’s in a lovely, quiet corner of Japan. Hope you can spend a long time traveling there some day. Lots of hostels to stay at.
