Good morning and Merry Christmas. I was hesitant to weigh in this morning because we had wine last night with dinner (it was planned) and that always bumps me up a little on the scale. While I was up .4 lbs I am STILL under 220 and that was what I really wanted for Christmas. I'm in a very good place about it and my eating in general. I'm busy putting together my Resolutions/Intentions/Commitments for the New Year right now. One tool I found to be super helpful was a free book from this guy: http://neverbingeagain.com/
