walked late last night, then stretched. was awake for a while. it's just a bad idea to exercise anytime by 6pm. I stay up too late too BUT got to be in bed before midnight so its a step in right direction.. weightlifting today! lower body probably..Heres a workout in and of itself: need to move weight bench from downstairs patio to upstairs patio.
192.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Totally agree. After 5pm I start to wind down. I save my work for mornings and afternoons.

Cheese, that's good! I thought it would help with sleep too... walking on my treadmill at night.. 😞 instead I was laying there excited ready to do something!! Totally backwards!
