weightlifting today and daily walking. body fat went down, muscle mass is up. Continuing to keep fat below 40% by the end of day!! yay!!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week
