...ugh. stopped walking. had some junk food. now time to crunch. Any tips for bulking is appreciated. wanna pass on info to my husband, who asked me for tips.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week
