weight lifting yesterday- now comfortably fasting for 17 hrs, wasnt planning on doing a long fast but here I am. I went to bed in a calorie deficit. i feel good though i should eat but not sure what, usually make pancakes on Saturdays but might do that monday instead since theres no school and work. and....the milk spoiled!
191.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
