Strengths today:
-exercised 40 minutes
-ate what I wanted at the food truck festival but didn’t make myself uncomfortably full
-only drank water and probiotic ACV drink even though soda would’ve been an easy option

Weaknesses:
-no strength exercises - I need to get better about doing these
