2 5-HTPs a couple hours after breakfast (forgot until then), and one before work.
Strengths today: -no giving in to cravings -side note: barely even HAD any cravings! -stayed late at work (unplanned) and had a quick dinner that fit my macros -exercised just a bit even though I had decided it was a rest day -calories and macros are pretty good considering my plans got messed up by work
Weaknesses today: -had a few slices of honeydew while I was cutting it; not a problem to eat it, but I need to weigh it first for accurate nutrition info
