Weaknesses today:
snacking while dinner was cooking (platanitas, nuts, honeydew, wheat thins, almond butter) instead of waiting to eat

Strengths today:
didn’t snack AT ALL at work, only drank my water, kombucha tea, and Runa energy drink;

exercised 30 minutes in the morning, then 15 more in the afternoon

Low-calorie, low-carb dinner (roasted drumsticks)

Successful 16-hr fast

Only one cup of coffee!
