Back from vacation. Sigh.... Now I need to get back to reality. I'm eating like I'm on vacation still, so tomorrow that will have to change. I have to make myself get up and start my workouts tomorrow too. It doesn't seem like a few days off should mess me up so bad, but here I am already starting to get back into the old habits of eating junk and finding excuses not to exercise. Tomorrow is a new day and there will be no more excuses, I'm not on vacation any more.
Vacation was good though. We all had fun. It was nice just to get away for a while and do something different. Now it's time to get back to my routine and life as usual.
