Got about 600 calories burned this AM in cardio ... getting ready to hit the range then play 9 holes after work.

Let's hope I don't go bonkers with food like yesterday ... over load!

The weigh in tomorrow will let me know if I ate too much or balanced it out ... wish i could say i know i will have lost weight when i weigh in ... but i doubt it tomorrow. ;)
