"Dark cocoa": mix 1 tbsp Hershey's special dark 100% cacao powder into 12 oz vanilla unsweetened almond milk. Add 1 packet of stevia if needed. 55 calories, 1g net carbs, 4.25g fat, 2.5g protein. It's wonderful to spend a cozy evening with a hot drink in the Fall/Winter and not have to worry about all the calories and carbs.
