I am having a very hard time getting into the habit of entering my food. I did it last time. In fact, I remember thinking, "I'm not eating this because then I have to enter it into Fat Secret." Now, I just plain forget. I just have to persevere and make this a habit. I also need to get back into exercise. The person I'm doing this with, and you know who you are, looks great. I noticed great arm muscles...good incentive for my wobbly ones!
