Took the dog for a walk today. I now realize I am terribly out of good physical condition. It was all I could do to make it back home. We walked nearly one mile today.
I found one glitch. After my walk, I entered it as exercise. But, I didn't set the duration to 1 hour. The default is 24 hours. Now, I cannot change it and it looks as though I burned 7000 calories. LOL.
