Ok today is day 20. Suppose to be chest and tris but dang it I'm going out of town. I should have gotten up early and did the workout but I did not. Grrrr. We are going to look at some lake front property in WI. Be in car for 2.5 hrs. Hopefully I can get in some walking at least. I'll just have to eat like rest day again today and do the chest tomorrow. 😔
