Day 19: today was rest day, I did pretty good. My biggest win for the day was when I split my order of fettuccine alfredo w chicken and mushrooms. I barely ate half. I normally eat the whole dish plus bread w oil and parm. I had no bread. I forget my belly can't hold what I used to eat so no sense in stretching it. I even allowed myself some Garrett popcorn mix it's Carmel and cheese popcorn. I ate it in the morning so I could burn it off quicker lmao. I measured it out and put it away. First sugary snack since Mother's Day.
