1. TGIF!
2. So, as I am adjusting my diet to take in more complex carbs that I want benefits from like beets, fiber, citrus fruits, leafy greens, dark chocolate, nuts, and so on. I expect to see some fluctuation in my numbers, especially my ketosis level. Having said that, I went way off the mark yesterday with my calorie intake. My numbers are going to be rough today. Furthermore, I ate breakfast before I took any of my readings today. Oops!
3. Weight is up slightly. :-(
4. Blood sugar was 177 mg/dL after breakfast this morning. I am planning to retest later.
5. Blood pressure is still way too high at 140/93 @ 96 bpm this morning. :-(
6. Ketosis reading was only a 37 this morning on the breath ketone analyzer.
7. I have planned out my meals for today as well as some activities, and I will be expecting much better results tomorrow.
