1. Hump Day going into Easter weekend.
2. I ate way too many carbs and calories late last night. Weird cravings late coupled with lack of sleep just caught up with me last night, I guess. :-( I ate about 2 cups of Veggie Stix snack mix last night. Once I started, just didn't stop until they were gone. Yuk! They didn't even taste good...wtf???
3. My weight went up another pound today. :-(
4. Blood sugar was 118 mg/dL after food this morning.
5. Blood pressure was 146/102 @ 77 bpm this morning. This scares the hell out of me! Just way too high at rest. :-(
6. Ketosis was a 56 this morning. :-)
7. Not a lot of good in the numbers today...
362.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 112.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
