I'm having an emotional day. Spring break is about to end and I feel overwhelmed with how much is left to do before school starts again. So many responsibilities. Feels like no matter which task I work on, I'll feel heavy guilt for the things I set on the back burner. Daughter, student, artist, health-minded young person.. so many roles, so many chances to fail. Big and small life decisions floating menacingly over my head. Worried I won't get to relax deeply before I have to go into school.
At least I got a good workout in. My appetite has been almost gone today, but I'm bracing myself because historically I tend to stress-eat.
Today I'm just trying to hang in there.
