Tomorrow is weigh in day again and I hope that I have lost a bit. I have watched what I have been eating but to be honest I haven't wanted much. I seem to have lost my appetite lately so it hasn't been too difficult.my husband asked me this morning if I had lost some weight because he thought I looked as if I had, so that was a lovely unexpected boost.
A bit nervous about tomorrow as it is not only weigh in day but it is the first day of going back to education in years. I feel like its my first day at school, new bag bought, pens all tested and working, core reading books all ready but to my shame unopened. However I don't think I will be truly be ready until I have a new pencil case lol. Already going through the, why am I doing this, what if I can't understand it, I bet I will be the oldest in the class, I'm sure I will be the fattest. Silly thoughts I know when I should be thinking about coursework etc. but they are still going round my head.

Started college at 47 years young. Don't think the kids pay too much attention to non traditional students. I loved it. Good luck on your new journey.

I've done college/university several times, starting straight out of high school, to wit- '92-'94, '96-'97, '05-'10. I never worried about how old the other students were or what they were doing and oddly enough I discovered a lot of people my own age with similar interests, goals, and life experience. You will be fine!

It's all good, Jane. You'll be fine and think how much of an edge you'll have on all those younger, inexperienced people. Plus, no appetite is a good thing. If you think about it there isn't one single nutrient that the human body simply has to have every single day, or even every other day. The real key to weight loss seems to be what you eat and when more than how much (unless you are eating a lot of animal products and processed foods). Anyway, good luck to you. It'll be fine

Don't worry. Go, focus and remember why you are there.
