Blew all my hard work so bad last night. Went to dinner with new friends. This calls for a glass of wine. Did fine at dinner. But then they wanted to walk across the street for coffee. I don't even drink coffee! But what did I do? Ordered Mocha Coffee. A little voice inside me was saying, "Drink water...no...they will be offended...no they won't...drink water". Then my actual voice ordered Mocha Coffee. Set me back! I hope I can still make my goal on time.

You will be just fine. One day of bad will show on the scale, but not for long if you revert back to the good habits you've been learning. (Plus... maybe a tad bit more exercise in the short run!) WE CAN DO THIS!
