And the baking (and tasting) starts! Found low-cal Egg-nog, looks disgusting, and pretty high in calories - over 200 for 1 cup! But Frangelico makes it taste much better. Maybe I should just have milk and Frangelico! I will be baking a few more times this week, trying not to make the ooey-gooey things, just plain cookies, rum balls, and these very cute tiny shortbread squares that are only 24 calories each! http://www.cookingclassy.com/funfetti-shortbread-bites/ if anyone is interested. Look at the comments - mine were 1" square, hers are 1/2" square. Mine came in at 24 cal each.

I found the So Delicious Coconut Holiday Nog to be a delicious and low calorie alternative to regular Egg Nog a few years back. Only 90 calories per 1/2 cup, and mixes just as nicely with Frangelico, Southern Comfort, or I'm sure Rum :-)
