it happens lol. been eating the free food at work cuz I be feelin poor n shit. Fettuccini Alfredo? just throw some lard on some sugar lol. I felt bad after eating that many carbs and then when I eat carbs I just stay hungry all day and ear more. I protein loaded today and went thru three hours of extreme hunger before it settled down. the liver just doesn't want to give up that glycogen and will try to convince you to eat more. it finally gave up and now no more hunger
226.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
