I made it through the week, Praise God! Very demanding week, lots of late hours. I'm hoping things will be calming down over the next week or two.
I just wanted to check in, I was at least able to walk for 40 mins on the dreadmill today.
In the midst of all the goings on, I managed to do light workouts 4 of the 5 days this week. That's not shabby at all for me. I usually give up on my workouts all together when the going gets crazy.
I didn't do well at tracking at all, but at least I'm here. The tracking will come. I think I do better at tracking when my meals are planned.
