We are off to our annual Christmas Party with University friends on the weekend (I think it is 41 years this year!) - we move house to house each year, last year it was our turn, this year we are off to Niagara Falls! I know there will be turkey, so that's good! I'm sure I will indulge a little, as long as I don't OVER indulge it should be OK. Here starts the Christmas eating season. . .
