omg - no wonder I'm worried about fat in my diet. I thought I would be okay with just a hamburger patty....everyone else had the whole hamburger, bun and all. I felt deprived until, for heaven's sake, I saw, with mine own eyes, the fat content in a nicely shaped, hand packed, almost rare hamburger patty! I might be better off in starvation mode!!
