The last few days have been very hectic at work. It's very hard to keep up. We ate lunch at market basket today because we were on our way home and it's sitting right there. Hope I didn't blow it too much with that muffin I ate. It was the first thing they brought and we were all so very hungry. I was going to take a break from the two whole days exercise on the elliptical...but then, again, there's that muffin to which I succumbed! That first five pounds was new weight and came off fast. Now, I guess, I have to roll up my sleeves!
