Last way in, Sept 22, 400 lbs. Today's weigh in, 397. Only 3 lbs lost in almost a month, but 20 lbs since I started the diet. Wish I had lost more, but wife keeps telling me I'm losing inches instead of pounds. Nurse at doctors office told me that when you plateau, you generally lose inches and to not give up. Stick with it and I'll eventually lose pounds again. But, I'm wanting to lose both inches and pounds, wish I would have lost more. UGH!!! But, I am still gonna stick with the diet/life style change. I want to be around to see my kids grow up and get married, and I want to grow old with my wife so we can aggravate the nurses at the nursing home together. Lol. This weight needs to go.
At least I'm in the 300's again. So happy about that.
397.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 197.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
