Well took a test from workout but did get out and walk for an hour with an average HR of 114. Don't know if that's good or not really but felt great :-) on to say 7 tomorrow!!

Good job there, Misty. I did the Gyros tonight. Meat wasn't as lean, as I would like. Soup and dessert was great. Wine was good. The guy, running the place, was very nice.
