Tomorrow I am going to eat something about 1
5 hours before my workout bc I didnt the last two times and I got a little sick to my stomach and ran out of steam. So the plsn is an energy drink with BCAA, 2 egg whites, maybe 1/4 an apple with a dap of almond butter. I tried to read about what to eat and those were some suggestions. I wont eat oatmeal or bananas bc of the carbs.

Lol! I thought 1-5 and i wondered why you were going in on such low fuel. I do agree that having a little boost will fuel you. I suggest baby carrots and almond butter. Just 4or 5. The carrots have just enough carbs to trick your bodyinto thinking it's fueled and the fat in the almond butter keeps you feeling like you ate something. You'll be able to push harder and get more quality in the work out. Without eartng enough to nullify your work out.

LOL thanks everyone. @bdm - that's a good idea with the carrots. I didn't eat the almond butter this morning - i only had the 2 egg whites and the 1/4 apple plus energy drink (bcaa stuff - it has no sugar or anything, kind of nasty tasting actually). Seemed to help and also I noticed that my blood sugar wasn't as high after the workout. Have to keep doing it to get more data on that.
