Who knew how much fat I was consuming until I started keeping track? Splat right in the face. It's the facts, only the facts, I tell you.
I left work at 8:00 last night. I decided there's a difference of being tired of doing something and tired, sleepy. I was tired but everyone else is exercising so I got on the elliptical. After 5 minutes I really didn't think I would last six. It's amazing my legs still work. I applaud myself for 27 minutes! I wasn't so tired anymore!
