I like to look at the menu on line before I get to the restaurant if possible. Then, I can have a plan before I sit at the table. Good luck.

Yep, planning ahead is a great idea. I hope there are some healthier options that will work for everyone. Enjoy the night and get some rest. 

For some reason Warren that's what I flashed back to the roll on. Don't know what I used for as a kid but the relief was in my mind. I tried a heating pad but then worried it would catch on fire in the bed so unplugged that thing lol oh well it's pretty sad when I have to use the sink to lower myself on the toilet! And grab the rail when I'm going down the stairs!! Ahahaha.  

Perhaps you would like some Anacin to go with that, Misty? 

Wow, Phil is that you? Well Misty, just in case you lost track, it's 2016, OH!, why do I remind myself???? I forgot for a second, how old I am. I liked that rub on stuff, too. That heating bad if it was bought in the last 15 years will be Ok, just don't smoke those sticks in bed. lol Oh, let me tell you, when it comes to age adjustments, you haven't seen ANYTHING yet. Soon, I go look for prices on adult diapers. But we will keep that to ourselves, just our little secret. Ok?

For a fact, Phil! Many on here were hurt, when you took a leave. We just need to get Knuckles back now. 

He's not coming back. I said I wasn't, but had some free time this afternoon and figured what the hell, I need to rebuild my buddy list. Fat Secret was good enough to cancel my other account, the profile is still there but I can't login to it anymore, and the settings are still private, the way I had them before I had it axed. I don't see any reason to stay away, I don't have to engage a$$hats.  

Agreed! We just need to be strong and vigilant, I mean this is nothing like FB was. They thought of me as a pseudo- troll there. There were two, very, split groups on there, and it was really, conservatives, and liberals, and it got very hilarious, but my relatives were all conservative, so my family was getting alienated from me. Now, we don't ever communicate, which is too bad. I actually loved the nonsense there.  

On facebook I have no political opinions, that's how conservatively radicalized my family and friends in Texas are. lol 

I don't blame you for that. It is interesting, I have been away from FB for over two years. I think, my wife's close friends, friending me, was the straw that broke the camel's back. Also, I was ratting out my attorney friend's son on there, which got weird. Calling his dad about the racist things he was saying online. lol 

I think when I tagged a Romney/Ryan photo op from the 2012 campaign as Nixon/Quayle was the straw that broke my aunt's back, she unfriended me shortly thereafter. I've toned it down considerably since then. lmao 

That's funny! I can't wait for this Trump/Clinton thing to end. It is beyond stupid. At least my Rams played like Rams, and not Lambs, this week. 

Oh, yeah, the Cowgirls pulled one out against the 'Skins, hey at least Romo wasn't in there. Congrats on the Rams, it's great to have a team back in LA.  

Funny, I'm sitting here watching Body Beast ads wishing I was young again. lol 

I really cracked up, when I saw that picture of Tony Romo wrapped in bubble wrap. That was priceless.
