My first workout wasn't too bad - they took measurements and started going through the equipment with me to gauge what the settings should be. He was very conscientious about my form, which I appreciated.

Costs a lot but I figured with the amount of money I spent on binge eating over the last few years, it was a good trade-off.

I can't wait to *earn* my *active* life back!
