Woohoo! Another half pound! I'm shrinking! I'm shrinking! Never fast enough though, is it? :) Well, I know that it is coming off in the best way possible - slow and consistent - even though I would love to go to sleep and wake up slim and trim. The only way that is going to happen is with liposuction - and that ain't happening!
I have run 5K's at this weight before, so I am encouraged. I just keep thinking, "How much faster and farther will I go when I'm 50 pounds lighter?" There is only one way to find that out; you'll just have to stay tuned.
Hmmmm, If 4 out of 5 people SUFFER from diarrhea... does that mean that one enjoys it?

That's OK M. Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most. LOL. I'm looking forward to the weekend also. Supposed to be pretty decent here, and I've got a lot to do. Hope to get an early start tomorrow with a workout on the treadmill around 6:00 (after all, it is Saturday, and I can sleep in).
