it been nearly a week since i had that episode with the peanutbutter and toast . hopefully i have finally paid for my sins and can start loosing again. those carbs just put my system into a tail spin . fluid retention , sluggishness, brain fog. carbs for me is like "crack" same like cigaretts. if i smoke one ; i'm back to a pack a day the next day. one time i had quit for 15years and that happened. and had happened acouple of other times too. sure glad i don't like/drink alchohol.

Kathleen, you hit the nail on the head right there! One little bite, one slice of bread, one french fry....and you are on the binge train and it's hauling ass for the horizon. For me leaving it alone is better, but I found out last weekend, going into a fast does kill the cravings, not till day two or three but they do go. This is much better than fighting them for weeks like I have done all my life.
