So according to my first weigh-in, I've lost 1.6 pounds, which sounds great, but highly unlikely. I don't like the scale I have, and have been on the prowl for a new one (no luck yet). I tend to weight myself three times in a row for accuracy purposes, and more often than not, the scale will give me two or three different readings (within 5 lbs), despite my only movement being to step off or on.
I don't really have a diet plan, per se, outside of simply cutting back, watching what I eat and exercising more. Working on cutting soda out altogether, and picking up yogurt and diet ice cream instead of regular sweets or pastries.
I just checked my old account over on FitDay (which I don't like nearly as much as this site for a number of reasons), and back on September 16th I recorded a weigh in of 195. I guess even if the scale is lying, at least I know I've dropped some weight along the way.
I'm also going to try and weigh in one to two times a week if possible.
