blaa.... it is 10pm, i ate according to my diet plan; but i'm feeling hungry . i'm still in my IF 12/8 so no food till 08am for me. had chicken bullion earlier , got a diet pepsi. I WILL NOT EAT till 08am. STAY STRONG!!!!haha
