I just changed my goal weight, from 165 to 200. My reason for doing this is just to create an interim goal. Losing 80 lbs. seems so daunting. Half that is a bit more approachable. Then when I get to the 200 mark, I can reset to 155 or 160. And this changed my bar to yellow. Small encouragements help!

Excellent plan - getting a feeling of success is part of the process, and achieving one goal is going to spur you on to achieve the next one.

I did the same thing. Smaller goals seem more realistic & obtainable in the near future... less intimidating for me I spose. Celebrate the small things! Best of luck on your journey <3
