!@#%&!!! FREE tuckey dinner at work...Thanks but Why did i eat the sticky pudding!? I didnt even know what sticky pudding was- FREEKING AWESOME thats what lol...o well, its ok to spurge once and a while. MUST run tonight, and get my ass to the gym tomorrow. DAMN you sticky pudding!

One splurge day once a while doesn't make any difference to your weight loss. You have been really good all week, you deserve a piece of sticky pudding. You didn't go overboard, so don't worry about it.

I kicked my own ass at the Gym tonight, almost 3 hours there- TAKE THAT STICKY PUDDING BASTARD!
Sticky Pudding is all new to me too, aparently its a British desert. Its like carmel cake, drenched with carmel yummyness, topped with a white creamy custard. Im not one for deserts, but MAN thats good stuff!
